SMS Program / Service:

Families will receive messages regarding requests for documents or information needed including: their child’s eligibility, enrollment, daily attendance, health requirements; occasionally regarding updates about: their child’s progress at school; emergency preparedness notifications; school closure or meeting reminders; participation in surveys and other program updates.
Staff will receive messages from other staff in regards to inquiries for information needed for operation of the program, health and safety, human resources requirements, payroll or benefits or information; professional goals and staff development; emergency preparedness notifications; program closures, meeting reminders; participation in surveys and other program updates.

Izzi Early Education will collect the following information from families wishing to enroll their child(ren) in our program: Income verification documents, birth certificate of children to verify number of household members, immunization records, proof of residency documentation, home address, telephone number, cell phone number, email address, guardian education levels, guardian school enrollment information

Izzi Early Education collects personal data through online forms as well as hand written forms and surveys. Izzi also collects this information via paper forms and electronic images (text and email).

Izzi Early Education stores data collected from families and staff through its secure databases: ChildPlus, NOHO, Vertical Change and its application program, GetAccept

Users are able to access, modify or delete their personal data by submitting a request to their family services specialist, home based specialist, teacher or other Izzi Staff Member as well as request to opt-out of SMS communications.
